I studied Law at the University of Granada and after a scholarship at Universiteit van Tilburg (UvT) NL completed my master’s degree in Legal Practice (LL.M) at IE Business School in 2009. After almost six years at Squire Patton Boggs (Madrid), I joined De Luna, de Agustín & De Ulíbarri Abogados by taking over Mavens’ office in Marbella.
I have 10+ year experience as legal advisor focusing my practice on assisting real estate companies and non-resident investors in matters related to the purchase and sale of real estate assets, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings of international and local groups and commercial law. In addition, I assist corporate clients in general business transactions as well as, corporate governance and drafting registration statements.

She started her professional career at the Legal Services of Red Eléctrica de España (REE) with a scholarship from Fundación Universidad Pública. She also worked at the Legal Services of Bankinter. She joined the M&A Department at Garrigues Madrid, where she advised on commercial and civil contracts, as well as Corporate Law, participating in M&A operations, restructuring and acquisitions of companies after due diligence processes.
In 2003 she joined Albiñana & Suarez de Lezo as Head of the Commercial and Corporate Department, where she continued advising and participating in several corporate transactions. In addition, she advises to residents and non-residents on Real Estate matters, civil and construction law.
In 2013 she joins Mavens until 2016, when she co-founds De Luna, de Agustin de Ulíbarri Abogados, where she continues advising on commercial, corporate, civil and real estate matters, assisting clients through all the process in order to achieve the complete development of their investments, businesses and real estate transactions.
Law Degree by the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE E-1). He has also completed a master’s degree in Sports Law at ISDE.
In 1999 he starts working in the Corporate and Stock Markets Department from CMS ALBIÑANA Y SUÁREZ DE LEZO firm. With more than 12 years’ experience, his professional practice focuses on tax planning for both national and multinational Companies, and large assets.
He has also an extensive expertise in the field of corporate restructuring and has participated in multiple acquisitions and sales of domestic and international groups.
Another important part of his practice involves counseling to corporate clients in day-to-day matters. He regularly advises on tax proceedings before the Tax Authorities.

Graduated in Law at Complutense de Madrid and Granada University. She is granted a SOCRATES SCHOLARSHIP in 2000-2001, obtaining a CERTIFICATE IN EUROPEAN LAW in Holland. In 2003, she completed an ADVANCED PROGRAM in urban planning and construction law and during 2006. She also completed an Urban Planning and Land Development Course provided by Fundación Formación y Desarrollo Urbanístico in 2006-2007.

She initiated her career at Nuria de Agustín Abogados, where she specialised in Real Estate, Urban Planning and Construction Law, offering comprehensive advice in particular to a non-resident clients. She continued working in this direction at Gómez-Acebo Abogados in Marbella.
In 2003 she joined CMS Albiñana & Suarez de Lezo, Marbella as Head of the Real Estate and Construction Law and the Urban Planning Law Departments. She continued that task at Mavens Law Marbella from 2013 until 2016, when she co-founded De Luna, de Agustín & De Ulíbarri Abogados.
In addition to the above-mentioned areas she advises resident and non-resident clients on real estate, urban planning and construction law, commercial and civil contracts and she is specialised in all kind of real estate transactions (sales and purchases, leasing, horizontal property divisions, new work declarations, etc.).
Graduated in Law at Granada University and qualified as Expert in Urban Planning Law by FyDU Foundation associated with San Pablo CEU University. He began his professional career in Lex Marbella, where he was in charge of opening and managing the regional offices in Murcia and south of Valencia. During those years, he gained great expertise in non-resident investments and also in property development and construction of resorts and urbanisations.
Since 2008 he worked as Senior Lawyer at the Norwegian law firm Vogt Advokatfirma, where he continued advising on urban planning and real estate investments, as well as mortgage law, representing the most important Northern European Banks in its operations along the Spanish Coast.
In 2015 he started its own independent career and also co-founded De Luna, de Agustín & De Ulíbarri Abogados.
With nearly 15 years of law practice, he currently focuses in the advice of real estate investments both for business groups and individuals, from the due diligence phase to completion, he advices the incorporation of shareholder structures, loan contracts, urban planning and construction law, property development or any other legal matter requested.

Experienced international lawyer of more than 18 years standing, specialized in the Infrastructure (Airports and Railways) and Real Estate sectors.
At Fröhlingsdorf Abogados she rendered comprehensive legal advice to German, Austrian and Swiss Groups with investments in Spain, mainly in the industrial, financial and real estate sectors. In 2004 she joined Siemens Group in Spain dealing with M&A projects, and advising among others the areas of renewable energies, railway transportation and airports. He is an associate lawyer of banks, leading recoveries assets mortgage foreclosing proceedings, real estate investments as well as counselling on urban planning development. He provides a fully legal counselling to foreign real estate and other investors.
